We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join our Administration Team. American Direct is looking for motivated individuals to help our organization continue its expansion across the country. If you have the experience and qualifications outlined below, we want to hear from you!
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Point of contact for all facility needs, including maintenance and janitorial requirements.
  • Maintains a high level of customer service to external and internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as first point of contact for visitors and incoming inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Follow security procedures for all incoming visitors.
  • Screens calls and route routine inquiries from external sources.
  • Processes incoming mail and packages.
  • Perform company database and system administrative tasks.
  • Manage office supply inventory and orders.
  • Assist Accounts Payable and Human Resources departments as needed.
  • Maintain company calendars.
  • Oversees breakrooms.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • High School Graduate or Equivalency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional appearance and disposition
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
